As the lucky children of the Alsatian vineyard, we benefit from a sandy-granitic platform that allow our soil to stand among the jewels of the Wine Route.

It is on this way that we have established, in the heart of Saint-Hippolyte, a small town in the Haut-Rhin, that stands proudly on foot of the Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle.
